Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the item. All eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely No Refund Will Be Given.
To be eligible, returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of stains from makeup, deodorant, wear, or odor) with FM Craze tags still attached. If you received a Defective or Incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of package arrival.
To start the return, please fill out the return form included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply write down your Name, Email, Phone Number, Order Number, Address, and reason for the return. We Do Not Issue Return Labels. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING INFORMATION. The tracking information with tracking number and showing delivery to our address will be proof that item was sent back.

Processing
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
When returned packages arrive at our facility, please allow 10-15 business days to process your store credit. 15-25 days during holiday seasons. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
Exchanges
Due to our in limited quantities, we do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facility. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
Final Sale Items
Non Returnable, No Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items found in the Sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits. Masks are considered accessories and are also final sale.
